Account Creation & Security: What Are Your Responsibilities?
When creating an account on tkv66, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may only register one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure. If any of your registration details change, please update your profile as soon as possible.
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and to prevent unauthorized access. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account, regardless of the circumstances. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact tkv66's support team immediately.
As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, you may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID. tkv66 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or certain features until verification is complete. If false information is provided or fraud is detected, the account will be immediately suspended.

Minimum age of 18 is mandatory. Failure to provide proof will result in account closure.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Payments & Transactions: What Rules Apply to Your Money?
All transactions on tkv66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. Transactions involving third-party accounts are not accepted and may be cancelled.
Before processing a withdrawal request, tkv66 may require additional documentation in accordance with its identity verification and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Withdrawals may be restricted if deposited funds do not meet certain conditions. A full history of all transactions will be available in your dashboard.
Tkv66 is not liable for transaction delays caused by technical errors or banking issues; however, we will make every effort to assist in resolving the problem. If you experience any issue with a transaction, please notify the support team within 48 hours.

Tkv66 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. tkv66 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or other external factors. Users bear full responsibility for any financial losses resulting from their own decisions and betting activity.
All content, logos, designs, software, and brand elements on the tkv66 platform are protected by tkv66's intellectual property rights. No user may reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without tkv66's prior written consent. We reserve the right to take legal action against any infringement of these rights.
The tkv66 platform may contain third-party services or links. tkv66 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and conditions.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms Policy
Tkv66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account at any time, with or without cause. Immediate action will be taken in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or platform abuse. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the established process.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any outstanding withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be released subject to verification. A closed account may be reactivated upon request, provided the user completes a fresh verification process.
When these Terms are updated, tkv66 will provide notice via your registered email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. The applicable laws and jurisdiction of Bangladesh govern these Terms.
